We vote against this JIP because we are against the idea of introducing the validator age as a metric in the ranking logic as we raised concerns in the forum JIP-25 - Expand the Validator Set and Modify Jito Stake Pool Eligibility and Ranking Criteria - #14 by Tane and not fully convinced of the reasonings provided by the core team.
